1. General Information
International Ladanie Center provides access to digital educational content and live online sessions.
By purchasing the program, the customer agrees to this Refund Policy.
Because the service includes reservation of a place in a scheduled online course and staged access to digital materials, refund conditions depend on the moment the refund request is received and the amount of content already made available to the participant.

2. Full Refund Before Course Start
A full refund is available if requested no later than 7 calendar days before the official course start date.
To request a refund, the customer must contact:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

3. Refund After Course Start
After the course start date, the service is considered partially performed because access to educational materials and participation in live sessions is gradually provided.
Refund amount is determined based on the course stage reached at the moment the refund request is received.
Each lesson becomes available on scheduled dates.
Once a lesson becomes accessible to the participant, it is considered delivered regardless of whether the participant viewed or used the materials.
Refunds are calculated according to the remaining unopened part of the course at the time of the request:

• before 25% of lessons released → up to 50% refund
• before 50% of lessons released → up to 25% refund
• after more than 50% of lessons released → no refund

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• the majority of the course content has already been released
• the participant stopped attending for personal reasons
• subjective dissatisfaction with expectations or personal results
• failure to participate in live sessions

5. Technical Issues
If access to the course cannot be provided due to a technical error on our side and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact the support team before opening a bank dispute or chargeback.
We are committed to resolving any issue promptly.

7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Georgia.
